Before I leave
Monday, May 21st, 2007My friend Andrew Oleck who came with me to New York City and did most of the filming there is now helping me edit the video I will send to producers and sponsors. I want to have some kind of backing behind the project before I leave for the rest of the journey.
As of now I am going by myself. I have friends that say they will join me for parts of the walk, but noone is willing to do the whole thing. I have other people who are interested in coming with me, but all of them are looking for large sums of money to undertake such a task. Ideally, I would have someone follow me in a car, to carry supplies, scout out locations, and to sleep in when there is no other option.
My birthday is this Thursday, and to celebrate my old roomates and I are having a party Friday at the apartment I just moved out of. This will also serve as a Comedy Trek kick-off party, and any money made from it will go to my walk. So if anyone wants to stop by, and you don’t know the address, email me for directions.
